NBCUniversal and CNBC Host CONVERGE LIVE 2025: A New Era of Leadership, Innovation & Collaboration

NBCUniversal and CNBC hosted the inaugural CONVERGE LIVE summit in Singapore, gathering over 700 influential business leaders, investors, and visionaries from around the globe. In partnership with the host country, Singapore, this two-day event aimed to ignite innovation, foster leadership, and drive global collaboration across industries.

With a dynamic agenda featuring live fireside chats, panel discussions, roundtable conversations, and immersive experiences, CONVERGE LIVE sparked thought-provoking dialogues that set the stage for transformative change. Notable Speakers and Session Highlights at CNBC's CONVERGE Live

The event featured exclusive panels and fireside discussions with some of the world’s most influential business leaders. The opening session, hosted by CNBC’s Sara Eisen, saw Ray Dalio, CEO of Bridgewater Associates, and Marc Benioff, CEO and Co-Founder of Salesforce, emphasize the importance of education and a skilled workforce. Dalio notably stated, “If you want a great country, educate your children well, and make them capable of earning money.” Both leaders highlighted Singapore’s strong governance as a key factor in their decision to invest in the region, with Benioff announcing a significant $1 billion commitment over the next five years to advance AI innovation in Singapore. 

Other notable speakers included Benedetto Vigna, CEO of Ferrari; Joe Tsai, Chairman of Alibaba Group, Michael Johnson, 12-time Olympic and World Champion, and The Rt Hon Lord Cameron, former UK Prime Minister and Secretary of State. Discussions on stage spanned a wide range of topics, including leadership, sustainability, the business of sport, and the future of finance and innovation.

One of the standout features of CONVERGE LIVE was its dynamic and interactive content. From the real-life DeLorean time machine to an AI artist robot, the event was packed with cutting-edge innovations that sparked curiosity and excitement. 

With 37 stage sessions featuring live audience interaction and over 200 C-suite executives participating in roundtable discussions, the event fostered open dialogue and collaboration among industry leaders. Attendees were able to explore multiple immersive experiential zones, each offering hands-on, unforgettable experiences that highlighted the latest advancements in technology and business. 

Enhancing the experience, wellness sessions provided attendees with moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. The Wellness Zone featured sleeping pods for power naps and massage stations to help guests reset and recharge. 

In addition to the mainstage presentations, roundtable discussions, and interactive zones, industry leaders from major brands were interviewed for NBCUniversal’s CMO NOW series, providing valuable insights and fostering deeper connections across the industry.

Held at the iconic Jewel in Singapore—renowned for its stunning architectural design and the world’s largest indoor waterfall—the event took over the entire top floor to deliver the CONVERGE LIVE showcase, something that had never been done before. This state-of-the-art venue provided the perfect backdrop, setting the tone for a gathering designed to inspire, connect, and break new ground.
