This past week, The Paley Center in partnership with Universal Studios Group, hosted a panel titled “The Impact of Will & Grace: 25 Years Later” kicking off an exhibit that will run from June 5th to July 9th. Moderator Isaac Mizrahi was joined by members of the cast and creative team including: Eric McCormack (“Will Truman”) and Debra Messing (“Grace Adler”) and Cocreators and Executive Producers Max Mutchnick and David Kohan.

As part of the exhibit, guests will get to go behind-the-scenes of the iconic show from Universal Television, which helped pave the way for greater representation on the screen for the LBGTQ+ community.  The exhibit includes costumes and props from some of the series’ most famous episodes, a look behind-the-scenes at the show’s creative process and social media friendly instillations that will bring to life some of the iconic settings from the show.

In addition, a dedicated section of the exhibit will showcase costumes from several Universal Studio Group series that spotlight the diversity of the LGBTQ+ experience including Loot, Never Have I Ever, Harlem, Chucky, Chicago Fire, Girls5eva, Hacks, and The Umbrella Academy.
